Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl performance will *not* include a Prince hologram

Yesterday, TMZ announced that Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl halftime show (happening tonight) would include a Prince hologram. Sheila E., Prince's collaborator and former fiancée, tweeted that "Prince told me don’t ever let anyone do a hologram of me. Not cool if this happens!"

Smells of a PR stunt to test the waters and see how people would react to it because even they weren't sure. Isn't the Halftime performance rehearsal super guarded? What do you want to bet someone leaked it to TMZ?

idk a lot of shit has leaked like his outfit, setlist and this bizarre prince thing. like we didn't know jack shit about the other performances of years past and someone leaked all this shit. most likely cuz his halftime show has no buzz what so ever. last night i had a party and named my trashcan justin timberlake by putting his name on it. people were like why did you do that? what is justin up too nowadays? im like damnnnnnnnn. he really fell off.

Yeah, I can see everything being leaked to try and drum up buzz but I think he miscalculated (like everything he's done for the Futuresex/Farmsounds era) and thought people would think the Prince Hologram was cool and that it would make them want to watch.

idk if he turned off his google alerts cuz of all the critics bashing his album or maybe blocked the fact rca maybe wants to meet with him cuz he released 5 songs/music videos in a span of a month and none of them took off. i saw katy's making the superbowl documentary and the way she dealt with is is tunnel vision, she still has the highest viewed halftime show. In the end it's all really focusing on getting over 12 minute performance and mentally blocking everything else off but since he's a narcissist im sure he's upset of 'mayo of the woods' being roasted and all that negativity.
