British TV shows are absolutely perfect for binge watching. I've seen most of the ones on this list - The Fall, Luther, Peaky Blinders, Broadchurch, Sherlock, Black Mirror, and I am working on The Crown. Happy Valley would fit pretty comfortably here as well.

I've never seen Peep Show or The Office (UK), though.

I love the scenes where Margaret and “Dr Brian” are talking and she’s clearly not talking about what it seems and he gets so frustrated. Cracks me up every time.

I felt like Trollied really fell off in its 3rd season and I lost interest. Or at least, I felt disappointed after how much I loved series one and two.

[Spoiler (click to open)]In the first episode he says he killed animals but they don't show it (you only see his face when it happens); they do however show some dead animals. Later in the series there's also a mercy killing of a dog, and that one they do show from a distance, but you'll know when it's coming and can skip ahead. I was pretty put off by that as well, but if you think you can get past it the show is really quite good!

Peaky Blinders looks so male centric, I never see anyone talking about female characters in the show, it's the only reason I haven't watched it yet.

There are a couple of good female characters, but it is definitely male-centric.
