They still are promoting HLT. They performed HLT and Deliver yesterday on Live w/ Kelly. This video was filmed around the same time as HLT and the girls mentioned that they have filmed lots of videos before the album even dropped. They are about to go on tour so their management probably dropped the video to try to drive up their streams & promote the album here while they are overseas.
