Harry Styles doesn't feel the need to label or explain his sexuality

He was asked Harry about sexuality in pop and Miley Cyrus coming out as pansexual.
He said “Being in a creative field, it’s important to be progressive. People doing stuff like that is great.
“It’s weird for me - everyone should just be who they want to be. It’s tough to justify somebody having to answer to someone else about stuff like that.”
When asked if he had personally labelled his sexuality he said no; “I’ve never felt the need to really. No.”
When asked to elaborate he made it clear he didn't feel he had to explain himself “I don’t feel like it’s something I’ve ever felt like I have to explain about myself.”
He refused to talk about any of his famous exes (taylor swift, kendall jenner, caroline flack) or talk about his current gf, food blogger Tess Ward, who was spotted at his show Saturday night. And the former 1D frontman has denied being bisexual.
Though when asked if he could be friends with an ex he gave "a wry smile" and answered “Everyone should be friends, right?”

Given hes denied being bisexual does he mean by he doesn't feel the need to explain his sexuality that it's self evident or what? Confusing but he's made it clear it's not anyone's business
