I like them both but I don't understand how the concept translates into a show-length story.

they probably have to assume fake identities and go on the run. not that hard to conceive of where they might go with this story.

yeah but like what about their kids though? If they take them across state lines that's kidnapping, what's the point of trying to win custody if you're just gonna kidnap your kid anyway? Oh weeeell. It's not like I won't watch this crap anyway.
