Thank you!! I've definitely been making more of an effort to attend more shows! I don't know, I really enjoy live sets. But can't really justify paying a shit ton for just 1 or 2 acts sometimes. I saw Jojo and Vince Staples the past few months and liked both way more than what I was expecting to.
I forgot to include that I'm seeing Eric Clapton too in September! It was suppose to be back in March, but he rescheduled due to Bronchitis :/ (mostly just tagging along with dad for this show cause it's more his thang)
holding out on listening new gorillaz material till album is released in full is getting harder by day
Are you planning on seeing any concerts/festivals this summer, ONTD? oh yeah, i'm seeing damien rice for the first time in a month, an unplugged show in my city. then going to the great city of glasgow to have loads of fun at trnsmt festival (rip titp) in july (radiohead, kasabian, biffy clyro are headliners, all my faves T_T). as soon as i return home i got depeche mode stadium gig to survive. travis are "touring" with 'the man who' so i'm keeping an eye on the dates, so far two shows in early september. i'm going to be so majorly fucked when gorillaz announce dates in uk & europe.
I just started grad school and while I hated my old job I sure do miss the money that I had when I was gainfully employed... I really wanna see Kendrick and Gorillaz both but I probs only have the money for one :(
I've never seen Gorillaz before and they obvs tour a lot less, but then I saw Kendrick on the Kunta's Groove Sessions tour and it was hands-down the best show of my life. Decisions are hard!
