- premiered at SXSW last month to good reviews [at least of the ones I found]
- tells the story of the 2015 murder of Dee Dee Blancharde and the disappearance of her chronically ill daughter Gypsy Rose

I was actually telling my friend about this very story yesterday. It was so bizzare and I actually don't blame the daughter. Lord knows what kind of damage that does to your mind after so many years

I finally read that buzzfeed piece on it a couple of weeks ago, it was absolutely worth the effort. I knew a few of the details before hand, just the broad strokes but the full story is horrifying.

hopefully this makes its way over here.
