This show is so cute to me. I really like it. Also, IA with him flipping out about the bill. Went out with fam and almost got into an argument with my mother bc I got one cheap plate bc I didn't like the food but I needed something to do with my hands while I was sitting there. Everyone else, on the other hand, ordered expensive stuff and drinks and then when the bill came they wanted to split it equally and I was like "NOPE".
Yep, splitting the bill "equally" is a shitty thing to do to people. I remember one time a friend and I met up with a mutual friend and their friends, and their friends decided without even asking us they wanted to go to an expensive family style restaurant.
Well, I didn't eat a damn thing because I knew I didn't like the food there, and my friend didn't like it and ate very little, meanwhile they are stuffing themselves.
When the bill comes, they force us to pony up $30 (edit to say: it was $30 each, so yeah it was expensive.) That's right, for food we didn't even eat and it was fucking obvious as hell we didn't eat because the group was not that big. So we pay, and then they just leave without letting us spend much time with our friend.
Add to that we were starving we had to spend even more money to get actual food we liked, we were so fucking pissed. It was years ago and I still remember it because those people were so rude.
