uh probs bc the things that are 100% fact are enough to show this child and paula deserve protection from robin. even setting aside the other 'alleged' stuff, we know that julian told an adult at school his father hit him, robin admits to hitting him, and cops who interviewed julian would not force him to go with his father because he was afraid. everything robin did up until this point is fucked up, this outcome is obviously necessary.
