Probably not. The encounter itself was pretty quick so I don't think PBS would have any reason to edit it. The reason people were so (rightfully) pissed off by it was the fuzzy consent/"no means yes" aspect, i.e. Elizabeth repeatedly telling Ross "no" but "not really meaning it".
It's not heavily edited, but it is less violating. In the PBS broadcast, Elizabeth invites Ross into her bedroom from the beginning, rather than having him refuse to meet her downstairs and barging in there while she has no say, etc. I believe they also took out Elizabeth saying "stop" repeatedly.
