A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night is really good and totally lived up to the hype.

THE DESCENT was VERY good, i havent seen HARD CANDY

THE WITCH was also good, it was very subtle and I was legit scared especially the part where she can't remember PSALMS 23 ,
OMG i was in the theater and tried to say it in my head and for the life of me I could not remember it myself, and I pray that Psalm every. single. day. I was so freaked out :(

Saw the descent when i was younger and I don't remember caring for it. I rented witch recently because of the reviews and I just didn't like it. also some of the cinematography was great & some of it (the night scenes) was just really bad imo

I watched the Witch last night and it didn't make any sense.

I was disappointed in it, I was expecting something more metaphorical I guess.

It was very beautiful though.

same. I kinda hate the use of old English. It was extremely hard for me to follow even with the subtitles (English is not my first language)

A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night was such an incredible experience in the theatre. thankful I found out about it so I didn't miss seeing it on the big screen, omg. stunning in every sense of the word! I adored the music too and the leads were so gorgeous, ahhhh. I'm usually too antsy/scared to watch any horror but this was an incredible movie.

I love the music too! I love that long shot where she puts on the record, and he slowly walks up behind her and then she listens to his heart beat.

Ripley will forever be iconic

Also Sarah Connor. Too lazy to check if she is on the actual list lol

she's not but the list focuses on horror/fantasy and they probably saw it as too sci-fi/action. I'm sure if the list was like that she would be on there cause Hollywood always had a boner for Sarah Connor

Seriously considered naming my daughter Ripley because I love that character so much, but everyone around me said they would think she was named after Ripley's believe it or not. Kinda wish I'd ignored them sometimes.
