May 14, 2016 22:31

Azealia Banks has issued a public apology after posting a series of racist and homophobic tweets towards Zayn Malik. As a result of the tirade, Banks was suspended from Twitter, dropped from a festival and faces a possible ban in the UK.

After the incident, she tweeted that she wasn't sorry for saying what she said, but said she was sorry for the way it made people feel. But now, she's taken to Instagram to make a "proper apology."

Keep it, sis!
