I haven't been watching this season at all because I literally cannot wrap my head around the concept of the show wanting us to like Adalind/Nick. Like... she raped him??? Someone please tell me that's no longer happening so I can finally watch again.
It's completely put me off the show because of it. Adalind pretended to be Juliette and raped him via deception. And now we're supposed to enjoy them ~growing closer over the child that was produced?
she gave some kind of apology last week but she didn't directly address it, just said something like "this is all my fault and i'm sorry this happened." but that was kind of it. i was really hoping for more.
i have shipped Nick/Adalind since the beginning but i am super disappointed with how they went about doing it. i mean.......i guess at least we finally got an apology from her of some sort?? still it was just so messy with how they did it.
i never liked Juliette and i like her even less now that she's supposed to be this "bad ass" or whatever. i just cannot buy the actress in that role.
Ia. Juliette's transition from "Nick's girlfriend-who-eventually-supports-his-Grimm-work" to "murdering Hexenbiest-turned-badass-assassin" was way too fast and way too far to be believable.
i'm surprised there was an apology at all. i mean, she's aware that what she did is wrong and is admitting it and that's more than a lot of shows do.
i sort of hate the path they took, too, though. i think it would have been fun to see nick, a grimm, fall for someone he's supposed to be killing. i mean it's kind of cliche, but...

[spoiler for last week]
There was a super awkward kiss between them last week, and it looks like they might try for real some time in the future :|
