Chapter 10
Ohno POV
I was at her bedside holding on her hand really tight. My tears just streamed down my face without stop. I kept praying for the good. Hoping she’d survive this. “Please don’t cry Satoshi… you’ll make this hard for me..” She said smiling. Smiling her weakest smile. I couldn’t say anything , this was to much for me. “Why me? Why did you chose me here, and not Jun?” I asked, was it because she loves me? “It’ll be harder when I have him. I trust you better. You’re a good friend.” she replied.
Hell, friend. That is what I was to her. Of course she loved him more. “I know it‘s not fair of me. Letting you go through this with me. Having keep my secrets…” She closed her eyes. I held her hand tighter. “Just promise me… you‘ll do as I say for this last time…” She looked at me, her eyes teary. “I‘d do anything for you. And you know that.” I kissed her forehead.

I woke up from my sleep, with fear pressing onto me. It was that old dream.
“Satoshi?” A voice called for me. I turned towards the direction of the voice. “Yuu..chan?” What was she doing in my room? I noticed she was holding my hand. I sat up and massaged the back of my neck. “How‘d you get in here?” I looked at her. “Well, your door wasn‘t lock and there wasn‘t anyone at home..” She looked at me worriedly.
“I’m fine. Don’t worry.” I smiled. “What time is it?” I asked her. “Umm..9 am” She replied looking at her watch. “Good thing I have a day off today ne?” I stood up and pulled the blinds. “Un~ Your family went out on a trip.” Yuu-chan said. “Yeah, I know. They‘ll be away for a month or so.” I took my towel and headed for the toilet.
‘I made breakfast for you Satoshi” She hugged me from my back. I held her hand and patted it. “Just get breakfast ready, I‘ll be down in a jiff.” I could feel her nodding. “Hai.” She let me go and walked out of my room. I watched her close the door behind her as she left. After that I took my shower and changed into my regular clothes and head out for the living room.
“Satoshi, do you prefer eggs deep fried or half cooked.” Yuu called me from the kitchen. “Surprise me~” I replied smiling. “Yosh!” She replied. I could her the noisy kitchen noise s she was making in the kitchen. I sure hope she knows what she’s doing. “It‘s done!!!!” She said happily. “Will be right there…” I replied.
I walked to the living room and found today’s papers on the sofa with a sticky note on it.

I couldn’t help but smiling. I walked to the table and sat down with the paper. “Thank you for the paper Yuu-chan” I smiled. “Aww.. You knew?!” She pouted. “Your writing says it all…dearie” I teased. “Hai, here‘s your breakfast!” Yuu-chan brought out plates and set out the table. “American breakfast special! With Miso~” She declared.
“This looks good. Thankyou” I ate the sausages. “Umai~” I said with my mouth full. “Anything for you! Satoshi, you’re a mess. Didn‘t anyone tell you not to talk with your mouthful?” She scolded. “Gomen.” I pouted. She took her napkin and wiped my mouth. “What?” I asked, as I noticed she was gazing at me.
She sighed and looked at me seriously. “Satoshi.. I love you…”
With those last three words, her lips pressed on mine.
