The beer thing. Y'know, I did notice that the bottle was full one shot, and empty the next, but I just thought he'd gulped it down and there was a bit of sloppy editing going on. But then again, they made such a big deal of it that whatever happened, it had to be intentional. Although I'm leaning more towards Dean's alcohol issues/time loss than ghostly intervention . . . wouldn't it be nice if it was Bobby's ghost, or Cas, or Kronos (LOVE this theory, BTW) trying to help or signal Dean. Or, like you said, just playing with him

- I don't have such a gif, but if you find one, you should link me to it. XD - They had a reeeeeally obvious sound effect when Dean looked at the beer bottle. So obvious that I cracked up the first time. XD Couldn't you just see Bobby refusing to move on and trying stop Dean from drinking himself to death and forcing him to sleep once in a while? *___* Ditto for Cas, but I'm not sure what happens when an angel dies, reaper-wise. - There weren't a lot of gifs of Sam, either. I mean, Dean worked both cases, but Sam only did one, so there really wasn't as much for him to do in this episode. It was all about the Dean manpain. XD - The only change they really made is they had Jensen grow his stubble out a little longer during the beginning and maybe used brighter makeup or something later on. If only I could "look like crap" like that!
Sam really needs to start having some more story lines and agency again soon -.- poor baby gets something awesome and then it goes away. I LOVE HIM SO THOUGH. He was trying so hard to be sweet and normal at the hooker :3
And all the awards for Jensen for that last 45 seconds, seriously, I was like 'awww Sammy put music on to sleep so Dean's reminding himself it's not all terri- OH GOD PULL MY HEART OUT AND RIP IT TO SHREDS D:'

As a Dean!girl, this might be betrayal, but I really do wish Sam could have more of a storyline than "I'm not okay! I'm a crazy freak! But I'm dealing with Satan off-screen! It's good!" I had such high hopes after the premiere. :/
Lol, as soon as Dean's beer disappeared Zoe and I were all "IT'S CAS AND BOBBY COMMUNICATING FROM THE GREAT BEYOND~ 8|". I like to think they're both hanging out together, rolling their eyes at what idiots the Winchesters can be and stealing Dean's beer.
That or Cas' grace manifested itself in Sam's sideburns and that's why they're so big. >.>
The scene of Sam getting knocked out...I missed it watching it BUT LOOK AT HOW HIS SHIRT RIDES UP AND THAT HIP NGGGHHHHH
This episode though...so much pretty even with some of the crappy cinematography. Is it sad that I hope Dean's beer disappearing is a sign of his poor brain breaking down under the strain of his stupid coping methods(pills/alcohol) and repression. Also, it would be nice for Dean to actually legitimately be cray-cray. But, eh, IDK.
I feel sadly sorry for Madison. It really sucks to be that age, where you're already crushing on everyone, and then you meet Jensen, god amongst men. It's inescapable. :P And also really embarrassing when people notice it, no matter how obvious or understandable it is. I know I hated it when I was a teen and it happened to me

I would definitely prefer the time issues to be from Dean's alcohol issues (people bring up the pills, but I honestly haven't seen him abusing them. He offered Sam some "effective" pills once but the guy honestly probably should have taken them with all that head trauma), but it fits the Kronos idea pretty well, considering what the next episode is about.
Oh yeah, I feel soooo bad for Madison, having to work with that gorgeous man, getting teased by him, laughing with him, having her sweet 16 on set. Yeah, so bad. XD

Ooh, thanks for the link. Well, we can hope they do something definitive! lol I don't mind the Dean-centricness of this season because I watched all the Sam-centric stuff, too. ;D
