BTW- I'm only about 9 hours in so far.. but I'd give this game about 50/100 score if it were up to me. I don't completely hate the game but the pacing is terrible and there's nothing to break up the monotony of the HALLWAY OF BOREDOM! ( Read more... )

......... I think I should stop paying attention to the story RIGHT NOW because I have this awful feeling this game is going to make me even angrier than FFX. D:

I had the same feeling about 9 hours into the game too. I could only play every 3-4 hours without feeling wiped out from just battling all the time. Don't worry, it picks up :D Story wise and battle system wise. The hallway doesn't really end till about chapter 10, but then it gets a litttttttttle too big aka FF12 style LOL

And it does have an unfinished quality, which wouldn't be so bad except that they spent so much time making it. At leas tit's beautiful :9

After playing the demo.. I wasn't very into it. :/
Also I have a list I want to play soon:
Heavy Rain, Mega Man 10, Valkyria, Batman: Arkham.. as well as finishing stuff I'm already on.

Man I hate the HALLWAY OF BOREDOM! I found the chapter where you finally leave the hallway- briefly- but then you return to it. :( So enjoy that one chapter where you can wander around outside the hallway. I suppose the high point of the hallways are the save points every ten steps so you can turn the game off whenever it irritates you, just like playing a portable title.

And the story? HAHAHAHAHA. Not this game's high point. The graphics are pretty. Some of the music is nice.

The story is NOT the high point? Then what IS the point? Certainly not the gameplay since that's just there to service the 30+ hours of running down a hallway. @_@;
