One of the nice things about an untraceable journal read only by strangers, virtual strangers, or real-life friends who know you and know you aren't a drama queen is that you can revert to your inner high schooler and write things like ( the following sentence: )

Hey lady.....
I here ya on the mental state. It doesn't go over well when you know things should be "good" and your mind doesn't want to play along. I found some good natural meds at Rainbow groceries called "Happy Camper" I know its corny sounding, but it seemed to really help when I was traveling in the UK.
Speaking of seeing bands from the past, I went and saw DIO the other night that little man can still wail and " throw the horns"......

Rock! Dio (the guy, not the band) had a rock opera/children's album (?) when I was a kid. I was obsessed with it. The Butterfly or Butterfly's Ball. Every hear of it? There was no horn-throwing, but so much High Concept. Oh yeah.

Thanks for the tip. I've seen Happy Camper (yellow, with a little woodland guy, right?). Perhaps a trip to my favorite co-op is in order.
