Yesterday Eric and I went for a nice long walk in freetown state forest. We played "stick and rocks" and "tree" game. Stick and rocks is fairly simple. Throw rocks and stick at trees with hopes of knocking branches down. Tree game is all about knocking over dead or dying trees. Its great excersize and a great way to get out aggression
