Takumi - what did he do in the past before he joined up with Gackt? Did he ever serve as a Guitarist for Sugizo? I was watching a couple performances from one of Sugizo's tours and the guitarist, who admittedly, is a bit hard to see, made me wonder.....

TAKUMI played guitar for SUGIZO and MIYAVI, among others. He continued to play for SUGIZO for at least one tour after YFC started.

Oh he did - damn, he's been able to be on stage with some greats! So he's never been in his own band (at least, in a professional manor), more of a support player for various artist?

Has it been mentioned here before? I can look through the tags when I get a free minute if you have already.

IIRC, when the 7 man YFCz line up was announced there were posts about the members and their histories. If you look at the YFCz or Takumi tag, or go back to June 2011 in the calendar there should be something.
