Terrible week here.
I just want to go back to Thailand. One of the best times of my life. Also want to drive down my country's coastline. We have great land here.
This week... feels like it was koto practice, koto practice, and more koto practice. I don't dislike it, though -- it's nice having a koto now to practice at home before I go to lessons with Sensei. I always felt embarrassed showing up not having played since our last meeting, even though she knew that was my situation.
I guess a bunch of travel planning, too... but I can't really think of anything that really stood out this week. "The calm before the storm" comes to mind.
As for the GACKT pictures above, I wonder what the hotel staff think when they walk in to do room service and find water on the TV and ceiling. I know they see many strange things, but they probably would still be shocked by the humidity. That's a really pretty picture from Nakano's blog -- the sunset makes G's skin look so warm.
Thanks to the blizzard we had, I got off of going to my part-time job and stayed at home playing catch-up with my freelance translation gig, so that was nice. I also discovered that putting on my crazy stilettos puts me at the perfect height to use my laptop on my tall dresser; great for when my butt starts hurting from sitting.
I came up with an idea for the Sasazuka Elise contest that I'm excited about. It's gonna be super sarcastic so I know I won't have a chance of winning, but I'll be amused. ^o^

I was sick for most of the week, but now I'm feeling much better. And actually feel accomplished tonight with what I got done at work XD.
Where do I want to go? Well, Japan for one XD LOL. And I'm financially closer and closer to that dream with each paycheck <3. Other places I'd like to visit, in no particular order, are: England, Egypt, Canada, Australia, and of course other places too, including in my own country.
How the hell does he get his hotel room to DRIP water?!? O.O I feel stupid for asking that, cuz I can't figure it out, so I must be stupid >.<...My science knowledge has failed me >.<....
I love all the pics, especially from the blog with him making faces (and no sunglasses!) <3, but I seriously wish he'd lay off the effects...I'm gonna skin whoever showed him that XD LOL And the last pic is too cute! They look like they are on a beach date together!
It's not the first time he's done that to a hotel room either. He did it in Paris (IIRC) during the YFCz EU tour and nearly killed his Mac, and did it again in Macau during the Yasoukai there. And those are just the times he's blogged about it and that I can remember off the top of my head. I know it comes from him wanting to keep the room humid to help his throat so he fills bathtubs etc with water (but occasionally doesn't switch the taps off fully/the taps have faults) and that's what happened here, but how it ends up dripping down the walls I don't quite know...
Totally with you on wanting to go New Zealand. (Preferably while G is also there, but hey, I'll take any chance to travel I can get!) The detail in the ceiling of that church is just stunning! <3
