I am not surprised by G's favorite classical composers. Chopin & Beethoven are super emotional and romantic in many ways...Beethoven is especially moody. And DEBUSSY, sweet G-zus, is so poetic and melodramatic. Monsieur Claude Debussy is my personal favorite. Despite those being his top three, I wouldn't be surprised if he was also a fan of Liszt and Ravel ( ... )

Well, Bolero does play ad nauseum before his concerts ^_~
(And is the first song on the Philharmonic DVD... 15 minutes O_o... Please don't do that this Christmas, okay?)

*pats* Everyone has brainfarts sometimes ^_^

(I didn't know who wrote Bolero (didn't bother looking it up) until it was on Jeopardy. Then I said, "So that's whose fault it is!" XD)

Oh my god, it's going (semi)viral? XD I agree, that's a precious picture right there: GACKT holding a body pillow of himself.

Of course, I already knew Chopin (like you said: he's mentioned Chopin before), but I always wondered if maybe Debussy and Beethoven wouldn't be up there in a list of favorites, too. Dramatic and dark Beethoven, sweet and sentimental Debussy... I kind of secretly hoped he might, so it makes me pretty happy hearing this. ^^
