To celebrate GACKT's BEST OF THE BEST vol. 1 MILD / WILD tour, ohgacktyoudidnt has been running a series of posts to find and discuss our BEST OF THE BEST.

Now, our attention turns to GACKT's music videos!

We will have four qualifying polls, and the top three MVs from each poll will then go forward into the final.

So for Group 1...

Ah, should have added that the poll will be closed on June 23rd, ready for Group 2.

I'd edit the entry to say that, but I don't trust LJ to not screw up the poll...

Yay first vote's mine! LOL i was at first pleasantly surprised that EVERYONE seemed to have voted for my options, but then i realized that i was the only one who had voted, LOL.
Black Stone - love his hair!
GHOST - love the dance, the storyline.

I was about to comment with: "You know it's cruel to make us pick our favorite PV when there's Black Stone AND Graffiti AND Another World available?", but everything turned out fine x3

yeah... I love the song, but I never watched the full pv 'cause of that...

I think it's because of the anime that the song was the ending theme for Texhnolyze. ( I never finished watching that anime either :/)

by far the worst MV of Gackt
Seriously. The MV actually made me dislike the song. I would skip it when it was next on the playlist until one day I put the playlist on shuffle. I thought it was such a gorgeous song and couldn't remember the name. My reaction when I clicked the tab, was "this is the song with the creepy MV?!" It's a really cool concept, but Gaku... you look creepy! D:

*sigh* Such a shame indeed.

Ghost - I love the version without the Terminator Clips >:D the dance is damn cool and that guy that's cleaning pops everywhere here and there in PVs of other artists and basically always dies LOL
Setsugekka - it doesn't need any comment ^w^
Graffiti - it's amusing x'D
