I can't for the life of me figure out what the 1st half of the whispered part says, but as for the 2nd part, I'm pretty sure this is what he says (but don't hold me to it!! X'D):

There has been some question to what okure yo (おくれよ) translates to. I was told that it indicates a sense of urgency, like begging/urging. But I was not 100% on their sureness.

Hmmm..., it depends on the context. It's a gentle way of requesting something, and yeah, it can have a sense of urgency, but not necessarily...
It's more commonly seen in written text (poems, novels, etc.) rather than as spoken words nowadays.

Everything about this song is sexy, and of course the performance too XD. I have a dream...it's to be an inanimate object around G XD. Although seeing the translation, the lyrics are rather beautiful and surprising considering...

Fragrance was the first song of GACKTS that I ever heard and to this day it is my favorite. I cannot go through a day without hearing it. I often sing it to myself at work when I'm doing misc tasks. Every performance he does if it always gives me chills

I do know in one of the performances, the camera pans in towards GACKT and focuses on his eyes. They're blue in this clip and I can't help but feel like he's about to start crying. God those eyes, I get drawn in by them all the time.

This song is very misterious. I like to listen to it late in the evening going along empty streets on my way home. It's a bit scary walking like that but this song creates such a wonderful atmosphere...
And of course this live... so sensual...
