Sweet though G's dream of strolling around forgotten during his retirement, I have to agree with some of the above comments; that just won't happen. Not in any place where he has fans. He is NOT easily forgotten. Also, even in retirement, I think he'd have a hard time keeping a low profile. He seems to thrive on attention sometimes. :)

Two thumbs up for this post. Very insightful. My country only has countries north of us but we seem to not be connected with those countries, only the West, specifically the US which is so far away. Most people here don't seem to feel a connection or they can talk the talk about being neigbours but when it matters, most people don't practice what they preach. We are very disconnected from our own neighbours.
