EVER Making of DVD from CDJapan

While quickly browsing over some of the threads in CAGS this morning I came upon a question about the EVER Making of and whether it had been shipped yet.  I do have a bit of info about the situation so I thought I'd share for all of you still waiting.  I still had my confirmation email to reserve one of these dvds because I'd ordered the CDs

Wonder why Avex hasn't given CDJapan anything, but others did get the making-of through other avenues. Something odd about that. I've basically given up ever getting a copy by now, I know the making-of is floating around somewhere online.

I actually got an email from CDJapan about it, today ranting ensued on my journal, because of it
And it went something like this:
We are really sorry to say this but we have no information about the Gackt Bonus DVD yet from the label.
We will contact you when the DVD is made, it seems to be delayed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Should you require any assistance, please feel free to contact us again.

I'm sorry, but the whole thing doesn't make sense, especially when I mentioned in my email, that it had already been made and shipped for other people. Plus it sounds quite fishy.

Honestly, I wouldn't blame CDJapan - this is not the first time I've heard of items being available through them and then because of some fluke, suddenly not when everyone else and their mother has it.

I actually got an email from them this morning saying that avex is going to ship them out and will be available to ship sometime in feb. .... but that was after i asked them to contact avex in my email and left a displeased comment about wasting my money for 2 versions of the same cd but not getting the promised bonus dvd.

I wonder if its true that avex is sending it and will be available in feb or if they are just saying it to pacify my neg comment. =/
