Caleb's Hope

For those of you who don't already know, Tahmoh is a supporter of Caleb's Hope, a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to working on improving the lives of vulnerable women and children affected by war, poverty and HIV/AIDS through (among others) job creation programmes in East Africa.
