My friend shynaster is from Finland and she was showing me that article. Fab is basically talking about New York City. It's like his little guide through Manhattan or something. I hope I'm not wrong. :x

Oh my. I'm from Finland and I don't even know where that article is from.

As whitestroke said Fab is talking about New York City, which places he likes there, where he lives (!) and blablabla. And he also thinks that there are not that many good bands in NYC these days. He says that "all bands seem to have read the book how to play in a rock band, they're not natural at all, the music doesn't come from the heart".
