look, it's my first experiment EVER with animated icons - a friend just told me how to make them and I tried and I tried and I yell and I tried and I finally made them! let's see if I can help you with my oh-god-so-bad english. :P
first of all, have you got Adobe ImageReady and Adobe Photoshop on your computer? without these graphic editors you can't do nothing at all - well, maybe you could, but I don't know how. XD
here we go! :)
1. you have to take some clips from a video, or to open with ImageReady a GIF and make all the layers visible, so you can save the file as PDS and open it with Adobe Photoshop
