It's been a loooong time since I even looked at this. I'm not sure how long. 50 plus hours a week of work will consume your days like a sumo wrestler in any food-eating competition. We have a new puppy! They suck up your time too. And I got a kitten! Who is far less time consuming, which is good because I just don't have any time for her to consume

Yeah, he lost me with the whole operatic run-through of the big gunfight towards the end of the move. Then the drag....

It's a great movie, on many levels. There is the ridiculous factor, such as Ron Jeremy being killed as a patron of a strip club, or Willem Dafoe dancing a jig and bringing down the "huge freakin guy" theory. The quality of the film, of the dialogue, music, and soundtrack, and even of the violence, is of a very high par. Lastly, and most interesting, is the exploration of divine vigilantism; like the Blues Brothers, these guys have great accents and are one a mission from God. The interviews with John Q Public, and the variety of reactions the 'Saints inspire, really caps off the film.
