a) Holy shit it's been a month and a half since I last posted. I apologise; I've been kind of stuck trying to sort a lot of my own shit out and otherwise being very busy on all fronts. Work's increased as ever, I've had a couple nasty health scares that have persisted for some time and really sapped my energy very badly, have been trying to branch

Well, the G+ interface is cleaner, so you can do more from one page. There's a kerfuffle about the real name thing, but not much other worry apart from low-grade, generic 'but google know everything about you!' that you get these days whenever google sneezes. It's easier to prioritise reading than facebook, and the lack of apps is a wonderful thing.

Also I don't really know about Google+. I mean I kind of like it better than Facebook but because so few people I know are on it (and the ones who are on it are barely using it) I don't really have much of an incentive to pay too much attention to it.

Yeah, I've been pretty much fine. My town's close to Birmingham, where some of the riots took place last night, but this night's been clear and there's only been minor incidents here.
