Think about it.. you don't have to be gone to get away. Bono from U2 (lol lame i know but i <3 him) once talked about it like this.. "Sometimes, when I want to get away from the world.. When I just want to take a cruise to Bermuda forever, I can find easy ways to get away right where I am." It's true.. when I need to get away, I often take a long walk, somewhere scenic with a view.. Or go running and push yourself so hard you can't think about anything else other than your muscles tearing away. Turn your computer off and engage in the now. I don't know if it will help you, but it sure as hell helps me..
