i emailed to info@cooljapan.co.jp but no one responded
so i was one of the winners for october's doremidan tv viewers contest
and this was announced two weeks ago, and the article said that the prizes had already been mailed out
but i have yet to receive mine
is it possible for me to see which address i put down because i have two addresses, but i do not recall which one i entered
also, how long does it usually take for the prizes to arrive.
