Does anyone know what's going on with the Water-type pokémon?

My Politoed keep croaking at the top of his lungs, my Feebas evolved into a Milotic and is now hiding under my bed, and my Luvdisc keeps trying to jump out the window.

Is this some sort of bizarre mating season?

How do I make this stop?

I was just lucky I wasn't near any buildings when Lien-Hua lost control of herself... I can only imagine the kind of damage she could have done to the city.
