They said on the news today they weren't thinking of it at all, since it's in more than a month from now.

I think Barcelona will fail at least once, and Real Madrid will for sure. So I'm crossing my fingers for Sevilla not to.

I watched West Brom v Wolves live as I thought ESPN wouldn't butcher the replay of the Cup game. So wrong. 30mins off the second half including most of the substitions and the sending off!

Then they cut 10 mins off the first part of extra time too. Ruined a lot of the suspence.

I absolutely agree with you. If anyone deserves to win the league, it's Sevilla. I keep wishing they were in the Champions League this season, because then at least half of La Liga's entrants wouldn't have performed embarrassingly.

(The Copa would be a lovely thing for Getafe. I think they deserve something after all their efforts in knocking out teams like Valencia and Barca.)

Agreed re: Getafe. I have this grudging admiration for them, because they've consistently done bigger teams, done and cooked them through. Sevilla doesn't need this trophy; they have bigger fish to fry.

we don´t NEED any trophy, & we´re not letting any get by without fighting tooth & nail for it. it´s been 60 years since we won that shiny pretty thing, & i heard it howling for a place in our cabinet :D
