Does LJ even allow one user giving a paid account gift to another user? I seriously want a paid account because simbada93 has got really awesome animated icons (including the one used right now) and I want to use MOST of them. 15 ain't enough.

I agree. I've got a whole library of icons and fifteen is the wrong number for them LMAO.
