All right. I apologize for spamming you, but I'm getting a wee bit desperate here. I've been staring at the picture for hours and I know something is off here. I just can't say what it is.
Thanks so much in advance for your help! ♥

If you were trying for more realism - I think the chin is a little heavy/prominent and the eyes are too large - though Misha does have this way of intensifying his stare so I wouldn't actually change those. Misha's chin is kind of flat-looking and also quite angular rather than rounded like Jensen's.

As we discussed, I've been pretty frustrated with Cas which, ironically, inspired me to go and try yet again. So, thanks for the advice on the chin in particular. That gave me the most trouble, so I'll go back and fix that. As for the eyes, I felt they were drooping perhaps a bit too much, but I'm not sure. I deliberately put the picture aside for a couple of days to go and look at it again later with fresh eyes so to speak.
And speaking of eyes, how is yours doing? The massive amount of good thoughts is still directed at you ♥

I'm still doing stuff - close up things are reasonably ok - fortunately!
The leaving it for a while then coming back to look again is a good strategy - when you are working on something after a while it's hard to see the whole picture any more.

I get this thing when I look at a picture for too long, then I can't see what's in front of me anymore - in this case the likeliness to Cas. So your comment is really reassuring for me :)
