It's P.J. Lynch. It's an absolutely gorgeous version which I think you can get for $6 or $7 at any Borders or Barnes & Noble. All of the illustrations are beautiful!

Thanks, I'll definitely look into that! I really want a Kay Nielsen illustrated version, too-- if I'm not careful I'll end up with entire shelf of fairy tales bought solely for the pretty pictures ^_^
