Tonight, for quite literally the first time in my life, I was genuinely scared watching an episode of Doctor Who - like proper, heart in my mouth, clutching a cushion, tempted to dive behind the sofa scared. Serious kudos to the director. (Or okay, maybe I just have a mummy phobia I never knew about, but still...chills.)

Pushing Daisies! That show was absolutely lovely. I adored it, having started watching because of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I just couldn't stop watching. It was so bizarrely eccentric and colourful and melancholy and fun all at the same time, and the characters were great. I'm delighted you like it!

It was so lovely! I kind of wasn't expecting to love it that much at all, but like you I just couldn't stop watching them - was so sad when the episodes ran out. The tone is just amazingly perfect - blackly comic without being morbid, and perfect visuals. <3 I really want to vid it because of the look of the whole thing, but at the moment it's about 20th priority on the list, so maybe not!
