it's component in s2 but i have a whole lot of overrides. i'm pretty sure you can only do all that with paid accounts...

do you think you could be sure not to approve entries in mkaolsen where people don't post more than 10 icons and say to see the rest at their journal, and entries where people are asking questions about pictures//mood themes//icons//etc. those things should be at mka_requests since they're commonly asked things. thanks darling.
