We went to a sleep-over last night! How many people can the house comfortably accommodate?

There will be one big room with a king-size bed and two smaller rooms with queen sized beds, so 6. Guests will have the use of the living room (with fireplace) and (in the summer) a big front porch and beautiful garden.
