Great Big Sea

Great Big Sea played Rochester last night, and was, as usual, a great concert and mad fun. There was no opening act this year, which was a mercy. Last year the Push Stars opened for them, and opinions seemed to range from "meh" to "ew". I didn't hate them, but they're not who we came to see, after all.

I wondered if he was down in that sea of happy humanity. He'd mentioned in a blog post a couple of weeks (?) ago that he might catch GBS in Rochester. Too bad he couldn't make it. It was a good show!

GBS is going to be in Ottawa May 1

Are they coming to The Centre of the Universe? It would be great to see you and rugged hubby again.

They're going to be in Toronto next week, and Mississauga in May. Next week is too soon, but Mississauga isn't too far from Tronna, is it?
