I could work with this as a pthing concept a lot better if I thought you were enjoying it...

Actually, it's kind of annoying. I keep picking up these books thinking they'll be as good as The Story, or as good as your writing, and I keep being disappointed. But by then I'm like 100 pages in, and I feel like I have to keep going, have to finish it, just so I can say that I did finish.
