Ah, sounds like you've got the same band of sleeping pill as me! I still get crap all sleep, and just feel yuk the next day. Strangely, I've stopped taking them.

Sounds different to mine. I've been given both Diazepam and Temazepam (spelling??) at different times, but told not to take them more than occasionally and NOT let them build up. WTF ???

Anyway, neither sodding worked.

This is something called Lormetazepam. I was told to take it every night, but I still thing the 'big hammer to knock me out' option would be better!
