AC: Brotherhood/AC general

Finished AC: Brotherhood last night. Unfortunately, the end was spoiled for me by a guy at work a few months ago. Still, it was good. The speech at the end kind of creeped me out - "WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT YOU AS YOU WERE" in particular - and as always I am left with questions. I suspect there's a Piece of Eden backing Cesare, something to do with

AC is going to end up having a big stupid Hollywood ending, whether or not we want it. I'm just hanging on for the ride through the past and closing my eyes in the present, fwiw.

Carlotta is the defacto leader of the apprentices in Ezio's absence, a duty she shares with Desideria. Carlotta's vivid but serious, and Bettina's a little more flighty - she's the one regularly miming her aerial takedown in the front room, usually to Ortensia.

Ortensia Orlandi

Both members of team black are quiet - Desideria in the deadly kind of way, Ortensia in the shy kind of way. Desideria/Carlotta and Ortensia/Bettina are besties, and Team White and Team Black tend to do the most important assignments, and bring the newest apprentice along with them. Ortensia has stories related to her in the front hall, while Desideria hovers in the corner nearby.

There's a book out based on Brother hood game. My sister is reading it right now, I might glance at it. Thing is that I'm going to guess we won't see a hollywood style ending, that doesn't seem to be the way this story is going. There's something more twisted to it.

Also apparently there are rumors that the next game will be either in France during the first or second revolution, or that it may go to Spain. The french lead is supposed to be female as the team has said they wanted to explore all of Desmond's assassin ansestors that would play a role in important time periods.

I like your team Crimson, reminds me of my sister and me in a way when we put our minds to things.

Also curious about your thoughts on the character of Cathrine and her use of Enzio? I've heard a lot of complaints about their relationship recently with some of my gaming friends in regards to how she's treated and how he treats her and vice versa.

I was really expecting Caterina to play a bigger role. Caterina using him is precisely what I expect from Caterina Sforza, so that's no problem for me. What I take issue with is that above the level of the characters, the directors are using Caterina to open the game with a sex scene. Again. And then half the game you uncover all these memories about how very hung up on this one girl Ezio is. It's discordant and I don't care for it - but I am all for Caterina being her crazy ass self.
