United PIle of Shit (UPS)
So I ordered my prints from overnightprints.com. I optioned for the free shipping, 3-5 days, ok I'll get them this week in time....yeah except UPS are bunch of morons. According to THEIR tracking system the package arrived there (Springfeild) last night at 9:35pm. It was scheduled for delivery today, but uppon my checking it this morning it's re-scheduled for tomorrow....WTF! So I called ONP.com, and they told me to call UPS, ok, I'm on the phone with this lady and she's like if they havn't made an attempt you can't even pick it up in person....AAAAHHHH!!!!!! IT"S HERE! They just didn't get it on the truck this morning..but it SAID on THEIR TRACKING that it was "out for delivery" but that wasn't a "physical scan" so I'm wondering why the fuck not...no answers on that...and of course then I'm wondering how a non-physical scan made it into their tracking system giving me the wrong information. I'm quite tempted to go there and demand my package. Actually I think I will go there to at least tell them what morons they are.

So I went to UPS on Port Royal rd, if you don't know where it is, it's not far. I complained that I was supposed to get my package today and I wanted it today, but it was rescheduled and all that hubub. The lady seemed like she was gonna snub me with the same curt responce as the lady on the phone, but she did look into it and found it was actually on the truck...shitty tracking system...and that it would be delivered today. So she got my phone # in case it didn't get dropped off, and they'd call me when it came back to the wharehouse. They even called me like 20 min later to tell me the guy would be here in an hour...and then he showed up in 20 min. I now have my cards. So I suppose I owe UPS a slight apology, but they still need to get that tracking shit in order. I got three different pieces of information this morning meanwhile everything was as it should have been.
