Photography and winter are a bad combination. First reason...it's so cold I can't use my camera effectively without losing digits on my hands. Second...it snows, and in my preference there are nearly no ways to shoot good photographs in the snow. Third...no one wants to come out and play with me, and that's just a bummer

Dude. Long johns. They're SO dorky but no one has to know you're wearing them and they keep you warm like nothing else. When I was delivering during the winter I started wearing them under my khaki's. Between long johns, khakis, a long sleeve shirt, and the PJ's t-shirt, I never needed a coat even when it got down below freezing.
