[And back from meeting new "friends" for dinner, this is Nami letting herself back into the house. And calling out on her way to her room. Cheerfully.]
I'm back!
[And hesitating, because the house is kind of quiet.]
[We'll just assume Usopp went off to make his entry? Anyways, Brook's in the kitchen, looking over that tea kettle and trying to determine if it's salvageable or not. He'll call from the kitchen.]
I am. [Pause.] I believe Usopp-san is in his room.
[Works. Besides, Nami's coming home reasonably late. She'll divert to the kitchen then, once she's kicked her shoes off by the bedroom door.]
Hi, Brook. [Eyeing the kettle. Brook might not be able to cook, but she wouldn't think he'd have problems with making tea. She sounds vaguely amused.] So what happened?
[He doesn't. Not even half as cheerful as he usually does.]
...Would you like to sit down, Nami-san? [He should just tell her. It's what he usually would do. But a voice that sounds suspiciously like Sanji promises to kick his ass if he doesn't at least make an extra effort with a lady - Nami, in particular]

[ When he's moving again he'll put the food away for later. Then sort of...stand around at a loss. ]
