The closest you'll find is maybe the item shop or the smithy. [Now that he thinks about it, they don't have a store dedicated to building materials in particular.]

There's an entire ocean in this place - on the farthest side of Luceti, but with a teleporter, it takes less than a second to get there.

Why don't you make yourself comfortable there? A mermaid belongs in the ocean, after all. And we'll make sure to visit you everyday!
