Welcome to OWC and congratulations on posting your first entry! I'm sorry to say I don't know much about Torchwood (other than the fact it is a Dr. Who spin-off) so I can't say much about the characters and setting unfortunately, other than I sorta like Jack. He seems like a pretty cool dude for just accepting Ianto, even though Ianto was keeping a big secret from him.

Also, have you ever read Dragonflight by Anne McCaffrey? The way Myfawny communicated and talked reminded me of the dragons in that series.

Anyway, keep up the great work!

Thank you!! I nearly forgot to post it here, but I'm really happy I remembered before I went to bed.

Jack has seen a lot, which is why he's so accepting of Ianto. Before settling down with Torchwood, he went traveling with the Doctor. So that's what I"m basing this off of.

And yes, I have! Which is why I went the telepathic route. It just seemed more normal than anything else that I was trying. I love that series and I do need to read more of it.

It's always sweet when you see partners accepting each other completely like that! I don't watch Torchwood (I don't even know as much as ippoddity!) But I did enjoy this. Myfawny seems pretty sassy there.... LOL.

Thank you!! I need to do the rest before the month is up, but it's doable.

And...I don't know if Myfawny really is that sassy or not. She's not really a voiced character on the show - minus the shrieks now and then - but there's no real mental voice for her. So I just went with what felt best. :)
