I had a perfect moment today. Tanya and I took Cheyenne to a park near their house. I don't know what happened exactly. It was the sun, the wind, my thoughts of some of my favorite people in the world all combined. I was just swinging feeling everything around me. I had this perfect moment.

I have so many defeating moments and thoughts, but today
